We start with whole apples, carrots, beetroot, garlic and onions, washed and cut.

Dried gently
Slow, low-heat drying takes the water out and keeps the colour and flavour in.

Milled fine so it blends without lumps, then packed in a resealable kraft pouch.

What we promise every kitchen
Small promises, kept every day.
Nothing hidden
Turn over any pouch and the ingredients are all there. Our signature four are just fruit and vegetables: no salt, sugar, colour, anti-caking agent or preservative.
We cook with it first
Every batch goes into our own family’s food before it goes into a pouch. If we wouldn’t serve it at home, we don’t send it to yours.
