Quality and certificates

What goes into each pouch, how we check it, and the documents that back it up.

What goes in

Our four signature pouches (ABC juice, beetroot, garlic and onion) start as whole apples, carrots, beetroot, garlic and onions. We wash, cut, slowly dry and finely grind them. No salt, sugar, colour, anti-caking agent or preservative is added.

The wider range is made the same careful way: vegetables are dehydrated and fruits are spray-dried. Each powder’s specification sheet, with its exact composition, is available on request.

What we test

  • Nutrition values per 100 g, printed on the back of every pouch.
  • Moisture, so the powder stays free-flowing and safe on the shelf.
  • Microbiology, to food-safety limits set by FSSAI.

Until reports are published

Nutrition figures on the site are marked “indicative” and come from standard food composition data for each dried ingredient. They’re replaced with lab values as each report is issued.
