Returns and refunds
If a pouch arrives damaged, leaking, or it isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you.
What we accept
- Damaged, leaking or unsealed pouches.
- Wrong or missing items.
- Quality problems you notice when you first open the pouch.
What we can’t take back
Because these are food products, we can’t accept returns of opened pouches for a change of mind.
How refunds work
Once approved, refunds reach your original payment method in 5–7 working days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded to a bank account or UPI ID you share with us. Replacements ship within 2 working days of approval.
