What’s in the four signature pouches?
Only fruit and vegetables. Beetroot, Garlic and Onion Powder are each 100% of that one vegetable, dried and ground. ABC Juice Powder is apple, beetroot and carrot in equal parts. No salt, sugar, colour, anti-caking agent or preservative is added to any of them.
What about the wider range?
Besides the four signature pouches we make dehydrated vegetable powders, spray-dried fruit powders and speciality powders, all listed in the shop and the catalogue. How each one is made differs, so ask us for the specification sheet of any powder and we’ll send it on WhatsApp.
How much powder equals the fresh vegetable?
As a rough guide, 1 tsp of onion powder stands in for a small onion, and ¼ tsp of garlic powder for one clove. Beetroot is mostly used for colour and gentle sweetness, so start with 1 tsp and taste.
Is ABC Juice Powder sweetened?
No. The sweetness is the apple’s and carrot’s own. There is no added sugar. Stir 1½ tsp into a glass of water or milk.
How long does a pouch last once opened?
Use it within 2–3 months of opening for the best colour and aroma. Seal the zip tight, keep it somewhere cool and dry, and always use a dry spoon.
Why has my powder clumped?
Natural powders can clump if they meet moisture. Break the lumps with a dry spoon; the flavour is unaffected. Keeping the pouch sealed helps.
Orders & delivery
How does the Loyalty Club work?
Every order with products worth ₹500 or more earns one apple. Collect 10 apples and you can take 10% off the products on your next order: tick “Use my apples” at checkout. Your card is on the Loyalty Club page and in your account.
I ordered on WhatsApp. Do I still get apples?
Yes. For WhatsApp and in-person orders we stamp your printed IVARA loyalty card. Ask us for one with your first order.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over ₹499. Below that, it’s a flat ₹49 anywhere in India.
When will my order arrive?
Orders ship in 1–2 working days and usually arrive in 3–7 working days. You’ll get tracking details by email and SMS.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery on the payment step at checkout.
How do I pay?
Checkout is secured by Shopify. Pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet, or choose cash on delivery.
Recipes
Do I have to pay for recipes?
No. Every recipe on the site is free to read.
Returns & refunds
Can I return a pouch?
Because these are food products, opened pouches can’t be returned. If a pouch arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, request a return within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds reach your original payment method in 5–7 working days. COD orders are refunded to a bank account or UPI ID you share with us.
