ivarafoods.com is run by IVARA, Tulip Ace, Sector 89, A1 1001, Gurugram, Haryana 122505. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We describe each product as accurately as we can. Pack photos may differ slightly from the pouch you receive, and natural colour varies from batch to batch. Ingredients, net weight and best-before date are printed on every pack.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Payment is taken on our secure checkout (powered by Shopify) by UPI, card, net banking or wallet, or you can choose cash on delivery where available. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price is shown in error, and we refund any payment in full.

Delivery

We deliver across India. Delivery is free on orders over ₹499; otherwise a delivery charge is shown before you pay. Orders usually ship in 1–2 working days and arrive in 3–7 working days. See shipping.

Discount codes and the Loyalty Club

Each discount code has its own conditions, shown when you use it. In the Loyalty Club, every order with products worth ₹500 or more earns one apple; at 10 apples you get 10% off the products in one later order. Rewards can’t be exchanged for cash or combined with other codes, and orders that are cancelled or refunded don’t earn apples. We may change or end these offers with notice on this site; apples already earned stay valid for six months after that.

Using this site

Recipes, photos and text on this site belong to IVARA. You’re welcome to cook from them and share links; please don’t copy them for commercial use.

Questions or complaints: contact@ivarafoods.com, +91 87080 95514. Our grievance officer is Kirti Aggarwal; we acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.
