Five weekday breakfasts, no chopping board
One for every school morning, each ready in fifteen minutes or less.
Mornings are short. These five use batter, dough or milk you already have, plus a spoon of powder.
- Monday: beetroot dosa. Stir 1 tsp into a cup of batter. It turns pink, the taste stays dosa.
- Tuesday: an ABC morning glass. Whisk 1½ tsp into water or milk before you leave.
- Wednesday: ABC overnight oats. Five minutes the night before, breakfast in a jar.
- Thursday: onion tomato chutney with last night’s dosa. Ready in minutes.
- Friday: garlic tawa toast. Soft butter, a teaspoon of garlic powder, a hot tawa.
Every one of these recipes is free on the recipes page.
